We stayed here during winter storm Fern and became snowed in with a travel ban. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with our check out. The house was comfortable for our group of 9.

Not our first time staying here and won't be our last. Great space for my entire team with excellent location near the convention center. Definitely recommend to all visiting Indy.

Clean place, lots of room, and a friendly and responsive host. Great location if you’re trying to get downtown for a Colts/Pacers game - a 25ish minute walk or a quick uber. The available parking is also clutch given the road can get full of parked cars.

I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood was very quiet. I enjoyed morning coffee’s alone on the porch and alone in the backyard and felt safe. I loved how the house was decorated. Very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive when I asked to extend my stay. Nice time!

Ross was fantastic.
Super communicative. Even when we ran into an unforeseen circumstance where we might not have had all of our coaches be able to go, he gave us a couple of different options for how he would work with us.
He even credited some of our money back when there weren't sheets for one of the pull out beds which was above and beyond what he needed to do.
Definitely recommend this spot if you're in Indy!

House was as described, only a few min car ride to tons of restaurants and tourist spots. Ross responded quickly with any questions. If we ever were to travel back to Indy would definitely stay again!

This place was a home away from home. I loved the character of the house and neighborhood. The home is 100 years old and has been updated very well, beds were comfy and kitchen and laundry appliances were great. The house was very clean and I enjoyed my stay with my family.
